RiverHawks hold media day

The Tennessee RiverHawks, Knoxville’s new Indoor Football team will be holding a media day on Wednesday, March 19 at the Knoxville Civic Coliseum Ballroom.  The event will begin at 7pm.

              Tennessee RiverHawks players and coaches will meet the media to discuss the upcoming 2003 inaugural season and the team’s chances of contending for a championship.  The open their inaugural season at the Civic Coliseum, this Saturday, March 22 at 7:30pm.  The RiverHawks first opponent will likely provide much conversation for the media event.  The National Indoor Football League defending champion Ohio Valley Greyhounds will be the RiverHawks first opponent in the action-packed fourteen game regular season schedule. 

            Single game tickets are on sale for all RiverHawks home games.  Tickets are: VIP Floor $25, Lower Balcony $15, Upper Balcony $9.  Group discounts are available through the RiverHawks front office.  For more information call (865) 637-2000.
