Cost: $50.00 (Cash, Cashier Check, Money Order) Personal Check if 10 days prior to Combine

What to Bring? Wear shorts, turf shoes, tennis shoes, T-shirts
Send in advance: Player profile, highlight film, etc.

Injury Waiver Release Form needs to be signed during registration.
Pre-Registration is encouraged due to the limited space.
