Higgs resigns with Outlaws

BILLINGS The Billings Outlaws are excited to announce that Albert Higgs the successful quarterback of the 2002 season has recently re-signed with the Outlaws for the 2003 season. His 91 season touchdowns helped guide the Outlaws to the national championship game last August. Albert was a great addition to the outlaws in 2002 and will be even more welcome in 2003. The Outlaws are expected to re-sign many of the players from the 2002 squad as well as a number of new signers. The Outlaws are planning open tryouts in November and January with training camp scheduled to begin sometime in February.
