Three more added to Bluecats roster

The Evansville Bluecats have re-signed 5'11" 220 lb. Running Back Michael Cosey for the 2004 season. Michael brings 6 years of Indoor experience to the game. He earned a Sports Management degree from Southwest Missouri State where he was 1st team All-American, 1st team All-Conference and All-Conference player of the year runner-up. Cosey was a late addition to the Evansville Bluecats during the 2003 season and previously played for the Tennessee Thundercats and the Topeka Knights. During the 2000 and 2002 season Cosey led the team in rushing and scoring and was 2nd in the league in rushing. During the 2001 season he was 1st team All-League and led the league in rushing and led the team in rushing, scoring and receptions and led the team to the championship.
The Bluecats have also re-signed 6'1" 194 lb. Wide Receiver/ Defensive Back John Gordon. Gordon earned a B.A. Economics degree from the University of Kansas. He was a late addition to the Evansville Bluecats during the 2003 season and previously played for the Tennessee Thundercats where he was 1st team Atlantic East Division.
Finally, the Bluecats have added 5'11" 190 lb. Defensive Back and Return Specialist Victor Wharton to their roster lineup. Wharton graduated from Carson-Newman and earned a degree in Music & Health and Physical Education and was Academic All American. Vic has played for the St. Louis Stampede, the Tennessee Thundercats, the Knoxville Riverhawks and the Greenville Rhinos of the af2.
