November 5, 2002- The Billings Outlaws are excited and pleased to announce the signing of four veteran Outlaw players.

1.      Shon Flores a two-year veteran of the Outlaws will be returning in 2003 at the safety position that he has done such an outstanding job in the two years that he has played for the Outlaws.

2.      Luke Twibell who is known as the heart of the defense as well as a team captain will be back with the Outlaws, his experience with the team goes all the way back to the Thunderbolt days. The Outlaws are excited to have one of the best defensive players in the league back at his linebacker spot.

3.      Jermain Washington who played one season with the outlaws so successfully as a corner back will be returning at that position to help the outlaws defend their Pacific conference championship title in 2003. With Jermain’s speed and knowledge of his position the Outlaws are very happy to welcome Jermain back to the squad.

Arthur “AJ” Jackson the Outlaws all conference all-star center has also agreed to come back and pick up where he left off. AJ on the O line is a big plus for the Outlaws offense. The Outlaws expect that AJ will once again be an all conference center. 2003 will be the third season for the veteran with the Outlaws.
