Outlaws sign linebacker Josh Hotchkiss

The Billings Outlaws are excited to announce the signing of linebacker Josh Hotchkiss. Josh is the all-time leading tackler at Western State in Colorado and two-time Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year. He accumulated 504 tackles and 21 sacks in four years. Josh played with the NFL Europe Amsterdam Admirals where he accumulated 36 tackles and 2.5 sacks in 10 games. The past two seasons he spent time in the NFL New York Giants training camp and was the last person released this season.
