The Cleveland Browns have waived DE Tramaine Bingham from the practice squad and have signed OL Chad Mustard to the practice squad, the club announced today.

College: Went to the University of North Dakota on a basketball scholarship and played in 112 career games scoring 1,568 points and 741 rebounds...Finished career eighth on UND's all-time scoring list with 1,568 points...As a senior led North Dakota to a 23-8 record and Division II playoff appearance and earned NABC/Oldsmobile 3rd Team All-American honors...Also named All-North Central Conference, District and Regional honors for the second time...Following completion of his senior year on the basketball team, joined the North Dakota football team for two seasons...In 2000 played in all 11 games as a backup tight end and had 8 receptions for 146 yards and 1 TD...In 2001 played in 11 of 15 games at tight end and added 3 receptions for 90 yards in the playoffs, including a 62-yard TD reception against Pittsburgh State in the NCAA Division II quarterfinals...Member of the 2001 Division II National Championship Team as North Dakota defeated Grand Valley State, 17-14.
