I know the NIFL rules state a team's head coach cannot play...and I thought Kurtiss Riggs was the head coach...

Casey Veenhoff will be back but will not be the starter and god no it isn't Riggs. Nor is Deboer coming back. two and a half weeks it will be public, in the meantime I have to keep my mouth shut..
