Is what I am seeing correct? The Landsharks play Greenville on Saturday and turn right around and play Myrtle Beach on Monday night????? Whoa those will be some kind of tired players in that game. Especially after traveling and then playing turn around games.

Yeah, the Hounds have 3 days rest in between games, so it's not much better here.

But yeah, that's what it says.

Look for some changes here. This can't be a fair system here. Maybe we got a schdule situation or a typo, I really hope that the Landsharks will only get one day off, that's entirelly unfair.

What difference does it make? According to the PAC we are all a bunch of cupcakes, anyway.

If it were me, I wouldn't be calling the conference that my team cannot beat a bunch of cupcakes. icon_rolleyes.gif

When you look at it, it appears that since they are in Greenville, SC on Saturday they are trying to save money by staying in South Carolina and then playing Myrtle Beach on Monday. Two big problems with this:
Playing a high impact sport like football with one days rest is asking for injuries. Forget about being tired and possibly losing a game. How about losing players for the rest of the season?

I bet nearly all the Land Sharks players have real jobs. They'll have to miss work on that Friday to travel to Greenville, miss work on Monday to stay and play in Myrtle Beach, and miss Tuesday for traveling back to Lake Charles. I do know some players have had to miss some of the longer away games because they couldn't get off work. This could include a lot more players.

No matter how you slice it, this would be a big mistake if this holds up.[/list]
